What happened this weekend? I noticed nothing other than a few demos dropping download.
Wanted to try all the sports games before buying them.

I wasn't terribly impressed by NHL 09. The controls seem a lot wonkier than they ever have been and keeping track of players off screen is impossible. Or maybe i just suck at sports games. I'm picking up left4dead and call of duty 5.

You need a plan for the Netflix streaming at the lowest unlimited package which is like $8.99 / mo.
NHL 09 is sweet, but the last time I owned an NHL game was 94. So I'm thoroughly impressed, and this will help me get back into the NHL and knowing the players.

this looks like one of the final three versions that were chosen for the 360. pretty much the same thing minus the avatars which were ripped from the wii.

Ah, it's fun! I don't know why people associate adult gaming with blood and violence. Granted I will slight them from ripping "Mii's" but at least they aren't too Japanimation.
Some of the better games have none of that crap.

^^ I don't associate adult gaming with blood and violence, I associate it with a lack of maturity. Socially anxiety, reality and anti-social issues in general also come to mind. Now go outside and talk to someone, make sure you look them in the eye when you do as well.
