Yikes. Please read all of the above comments, they speaketh the truth.
This reeks of 1997-2001. It also has a slight scent of "I did this myself", which is almost always the direct result of "I don't want to pay fair market value for my website". This is sad, because I've seen it happen way to often. Why would any photographer think that doing it themselves (because hiring Bobby for $450, your neighbor's son, is the same thing) would be the right path to take? I understand completely if someone simply doesn't have the $ to commission a professional, but I've also found that that is NOT usually the case. People do have the budget—they are just being cheap.
In the end, most of them learn the hard way...
