whiteboard material could be fun. then you could write on your wall.

hire an unemployed person to stand in the middle wearing industrial overalls and holding a couple of signs designating that there's no movement past this point.
that or land mines.

whiteboards. You can write on them, put magnets on, or they just look good as shiny white panels.
Either that, or just get some sheet metal and have them powdercoated.
You need to have matching desks and carpets.

just make sure you take into consideration reflectiveness. if direct sun comes into the office you don't want a reflection of it in people's eyes or on their screens.

Something you can punch through might be good, because you will probably still be able to hear them.

what about actual walls. you know, like build small rooms throughout the office just big enough for a desk/person combo. then make them air tight. then lock everyone in their own cell. i mean room.

How about varying heights for the floors?

newspaper and spit. granted it takes a while but pays off in the end!
