Good Ticker/News Flash (JS)

  I am looking for a good news ticker tape or News flash element (not in flash though) that loads in various messages into a DIV. The problem I am having is the ticker has to in a restricted area and there needs to stack up on it's self.

  Anyone seen any tuts?
