You can register and incorporate your company online in each state, simply looking up your states web address. You will save hundreds if not thousands of dollars. It is easy and painless and will not have to worry about the lawyer raping you, screwing up your incorporation or simply forgetting to process the form.

doesn't matter which type of designer.
I think the services that I've seen out there charge a small fee on top of normal inc fees which makes it worth it to most designers who hate paperwork. Depending on that final price of course.
I was just doing some research on whether or not a service existed or not. Thanks for the links.
