Was thinking of going out tonight, but worn out. Is Utrecht nightlife good? I was out a few hours ago and it seemed quiet.

nightlife really starts at ten or even eleven..
quite some places to go,
tivoli is a good place

utrecht is the smallest of the big dutch cities,
and a student town, with a majority of female students!

in Utrecht that is no problem, the people are generally friendly there, and nice to foreigners as well. Most speak fluent english as there are tons of students there, both university as artschool and what not. just go there, talk to people, share a few drinks. you'll do fine!

nono, I'm here! Came back a little while ago. Had a drink and got more sleepy. It didn't seem like a social night for me, but I gave it a good try. No relaxing watching TV.
