I saw the James Bond Sony one last night.
It's an interesting task they have to make a visual ad like that appear to be "hi definition" on my old CRT Aiwa television. Yet it seems to work.
It just because they do every matrix-style slow-mo that fools me?

I thought it started well but towards the end he starts jolting in the wrong directions when stuff goes off behind him.
I think the Sky ones are better, like the one with Wayne Rooney sliding, thats awesome.

saw that too yesterday. I was thinking about that too, how they answered the challenge to make images look hi res on a lo res tv screen. I think they did well. Especialy the sky ones, where you can clearly see particles of water and dust in slo mo.

I like the Sky ones too. I was thinking more generally it's an interesting thing to try and communicate.
It like if we still had black and white telly, how would you advertise a colour set?
- You'd just say "If you're watching this on Black&White the beauty of it eludes you. Buy our TV and enhance your life".SkyPoo
