Great. And I really like the design of your sites, they look great, usability is even better.
A little thing: I think because of their dark backgrounds the .com and the elementinsites.com both manage to provide a better stage for your shots IMO. I guess the blogs´ (.net) white background is competing for the eye´s attention. Is there a reason you didn´t stick with the design of the other two sites?

Zach- looks good man.. some really nice images you got goin'.. only thing I would comment on is that you already have the images, no need to photoshop them up... they can def stand on their own-

not a fan of the photoshopped effects and as photographer's preference i've gotten rid of my like for fake vignettes, but overall your compositions and colors are pretty solid.
