Look into packaging rates in the Graphic Arts Guild Pricing and Ethical Guidelines book. And read through on invoicing if you're new to this. Be sure to figure out your rate, add contingency for coordination time and of course add your profit margin - just a few of the very basics to keep in mind. That book is good at taking you through the process.
Bill them for currency, not stock or sales or anything immeasurable currently - otherwise you'll be out in the cold.
