  don't have the boot cd, tried doing a fresh install with my tiger boot cd from my macbook pro...but that won't work. are there any ways of resetting the admin password without doing using the boot cd?

  take it to an Apple dealer.. they can use a boot DVD to get you in..

  once restarted using the cd you can change the password under utilities.
