  Taking Bond back to be closer to how he is portrayed in the books is so much better. Casino Royale was a stunning film, and fairly close to the book even though the whole ending is new. Bond is about detail and character in the books, not really about gadgets. The only thing that annoys me now is that Bond doesnt smoke anymore. Hes actually a 60-80 a day man.
