hello
my pal wants me to take a recording (in mp3) of a robot voice and play it over a picture of him then send it to another friend as a video file.
I've made an animated gif of his jaw moving and want to use this as the background of the 'video'. I don't have After Effects here which would be easy to use, but iMovie seems to import the gif as a single image and also zoom into it over the space of 5 seconds when I try to use it as footage.
Anyone know wtf is going on with that? or have any better ideas to achieve what must surely be pretty easy, no? also, where in the hell can I set the movie size in that program.
I need to get this to the guy today and am shadily doing it in work as I don't have a home pc at this time, so any help or ideas would be much appreciated :)
cheers

I know its transparent and mercenary but I've really just posted this in the hope of getting this exact post:
"that's totally easy, I can do that for you, just send me the files, yo!"

JazX is back, i've had three coffees, two of them modafinil pills and i'm overstimulated. I've also got a raging hardon and i'm secretly touching myself under my desk.
To answer your question, you can export the animation as an AVI in flash as Nairn has suggested.
- aye nae flash though. good luck with the truncheonkelpie

quicktime pro to convert the gif to video then use iMovie or After Effects
