  Is there a quick, easy way to add a poster frame to flash video?

  The video I am using has an annoying black fade-in at the beginning with audio so I can cut it off.

  Found some stuff online, but there are a ton of steps involved....got to be an easier way.

  you can use the Flash video encoder to edit the video..

  • There is audio on there though...so I can't just cut off the "fade from black"– designbot

  You will need a software to edit the video, extract a frame to replace the stupid fade in...
