A really hot chilli or curry with lots of garlic and lemongrass.
Honey and lemon tea with ginger.
A little pocket-hockey too. (just because you can).

Vitamins and Minerals. And weird sounding herbs from the amazon or southeast asia.
Seriously the minerals will help alleviate any cramping, muscle soreness, vitamins will make you feel better, and the weird sounding herbs will keep tribesman in business (hopefully). just make sure they are organic. If everyone around the world feels better, then the universe will stop treating us all like crap.

i've found that if you treat yourself to the things you have when you are sick you greatly reduce your chances of getting sick. i.e. spicy thai soups, miso soup, seaweed salads, steamed rice, lots of water, keep caffeine, sugar and salt to a minimum, get some sunshine and fresh air and take a walk every day. i also take a lot of vitamins and herbs but those are specific to my needs.
anyway, best of luck to you.
