certainly are quite a company.
we did a site for a company that had developed their operating system for mobile devices and some of samsungs phones used this.
the guy we dealt with was telling us how samsung had turned the company around by investing more into the desgn of the products.i remember in the past that samsung was seen as a second rate product because the design of their things was always shite.
these days, a lot of their products look even better than some premium brands.

I agree Samsung are a rare breed.
I was using a 19" lcd hooked up to a powerbook for a while, and after about a year the monitor seemed to be starting to die, blacking out periodically, dodgy colours etc, so I rang them up and without question 2 days later they had sent a guy to my door to literally swap over a brand new monitor for the old one.
Turns out it was just apple vga adapter that had died not the monitor, so the product wasn't even faulty.
+1 for samsung.
