  All seriousness BC thats toss. If (trying to create a parallel) lets say New York got together and said we are independent, then a load of New Yorkers became senators in Washington, that would be odd right?

  To bring race into it is Liberalism gone bonkers. Scotland devolved, (and yes as Nairn said didnt detach but devolved), which would be fine but they are going so much further under Alex Hammond. HE doesnt want to be part of the UK, and mark my words if you all keep voting for the fucker you'll be your own country and worse off for it.

  Call me small minded or whatever, but I think ultimately the Uk has been driven by the english economy and all this devolution stuff seems to be cutting off your nose to spite your face. Not that I know shit, and I'm off to drink some tennants. (thats a lager)
