Make a big impression, go for A2 triplex Colourplan, with 100pt gold foil lettering. Sweeeet.

Print it out and see how it looks. Like Dancer said, it all depends upon the font used.

the smaller the type, the better the designer
- you need a magnifying glass to read minehallelujah
- it didn't helphallelujah
- more screened type, better designercapsize
- or at least thin enough to be illegiblehallelujah
- entre chien et loupcapsize
- mistermik0
just used 7pt

I think 7,5 is enough..

my rule of thumb is to stay below 10pt for anything on the card. the usual for me is 7-8.5 for details but like Dancer said, that can depend. fonts like Mrs Eaves are tiny so require a different sizing standard.

217pt is too large.

I've just set one at 8pt, infact I would never go over 8/9pt on stationery.

I would use 7-8pt depending on stock, typeface and application (ie overprinted etc).
