  I just picked up the new iPhone, WTF - I can not sync up my design reel that is in .MOV format.

  this is pretty clear,
  you Iphone is telling you that having Iphone mentioned three time is as redundant as mentioning it twice.

  You may be able to manually convert the movie. I have the same problem with some mp4 files for my ipod. There's an option to convert somewhere in itunes I think... obviously I don't know if that applies to iphones (not being an up to the minute hipster).
