Vector Version of Browser Chrome 88 Responses

I'm creating a print piece that will have "screen shots" of some web pages. The pages will actually be recreated in Illustrator to maintain some crispness of the images and graphics.
Does anyone know if vector versions of different browsers exist to frame what I'm doing? I guess I could recreate it too, but it seems like a bit of a hassle if it already exists.
Thanks.
