  i hate the fact when i click an image from that place in Google Image Search it auto-downloads to my desktop!

  about linking blogger images... i think it depends where the blogger is hosting the images. Some pictures are linkable directly but others are not because they're probably hosted elsewhere. Your browser then asks if you want to dl them - but it shouldn't dl them directly to your desktop without permission. In FF, at least, you can control dl procedures.
