I'm at work and accidentally installed firmware on a printer instead of the driver and the printer is just sitting there and I'm not supposed to shut off but its stalling th eperson from using it and I'm supposed to fix it

call dell, check their faq or the instructions provided with the update.

i turned it off thank god its good now it was trying to dl i guess
