Just had some of it, branded Clear Eyes. Useful after a night I only slept 2 hours.

excessive use is not good, dries out your eyes and your eyes stop producing their natural lubrication (whatever its called).

    speaking from experience.

You should not use the stoners' "get the red out" eyedrops in this case. You need the simplest ones, "artificial tears". It is just saline solution.

We're not ophthalmologists though. If you ask the pharmacist, they will likely be able to help you. Most of the products you'll be shown will be the same thing, only branded and priced differently.

Shit...I just had an argument with my wife as to the best way to administer eye drops to a 5 year old! I won...she stormed off and now I'm in the dog house :(

A friend of mine works as a programmer in BCN. His company adopts an idea from Madrid, only in the summertime though: they start at 8 and cut down the siesta to half an hour. They finish work at 3.30, while there's still plenty of time to go to the beach. Still, most of the year they work 9-7 with a 2 hour siesta, a scheme that technically eats up all of your day.

    • sorry, wrong thread, 2 hours wasn't enough..rafalski

When my eye gets infected or it reveals some kind of allergic reaction, I sometimes put my contact drops in. It feels good for a short while, and then I have to rest my eyes.

    • and take my contacts out, obviously. I've been neglectful of my eyes lately.Jaline

When I went to the optometrist, they heavily suggested that i never use visine (contact solution may eb different) but none-the-less, you are putting chemicals in your eyes.

pet dander / dust / allergies all cause my eyes to bug from time to time. Visine Maximum or Allergy work great. There's also this stuff called Roto's that at first feels like putting the strongest breath freshener into your eyes for a few seconds but then feels amazing afterwards.
