what will you be using it for? as far a i know, most sceptre monitors have MVA type panels, couldn't find any info on that specific model though. MVA panels have better color and black than a TN, but not as good as an IPS, like the higher end Dells and Cinema Displays. The major drawback though is that MVA panels have the worst response times of all panels, so it's pretty useless for gaming or lots of motion.

I tried to buy one of those a few months ago and finally gave up.
Every one of the one I brought home (which was 3 of them before I gave up) had at least 2 dead pixels.Newegg's return policy requires at least 8 dead pixels I think. I would not buy that if I were you.
