here is a 4 1/2 minute scribble.... I just choosed any colour.
you used a similar effect like Alex Trochut, but I think this effect works much better with Text, and not a Thumb.really forget the design from me... just clean your site.. it is really irritating right now... and read this article :)

The very first thing that comes to mind when I look at this, is built in Wordpress Theme. It's a portfolio, not a blog, right? So kill the scrolling, kill the second column, kill the thumbs, and scale down the amount of work you are showing.

My two pennies.
- Like the sushi mark, although when you enlarge it you have a different weight 'sushi' and it looks stretched.
- Not liking the gradient in the boxes, grey on grey etc.
- Three red boxes? Was that a project?
- With a lot of your logos, when you click on them you get a larger black and white version. Just an idea, but with the smaller boxes, why not focus on an element, or make it an interesting abstract form, then when you click on it, it reveals the full colour final logo.
- Also, you could do with a bit of copy to go with each project, just to explain what it is. eg. Three red boxes.Thankyouplease.

sites ok, but I don't really see a designers particualr take on things - you're better even now at 19 than posting your work in that blog format. Think more about it. Moamoa's more bang on, imo, though I'm beginning to get quite annoyed that he's that good, I'm gonna start arbitrarily flaming everything he posts now, purely out of bitterness and jealousy.
rollovers are better this way though.
