I don't really see much improvement, yes the site looks better than last week, but unfortunately that is no mean feat!
I can't honestly say anything positive about the work, as I don't see how, other than starting again, or take it down. the typeface, isn't a typeface! the Cinderella thing is probably the best thing on there, but that's like me saying Gary Glitter is my favourite paedophile.
Sorry to sound so brutal GORADIO, but you have do have youth on your side, and I'm sure you will learn and get better, but from a design point of view I have to agree with moamoa, this doesn't feel like design!
