Throughout this presidential campaign I've been rather vocal to my girlfriend, in a somewhat joking way, about wanting to move somewhere else if McCain wins this election.
But it kind of got me thinking and curious about it- if you decided to move from the US for whatever reason related to politics, government, total dissatisfaction with the way things are done, etc., where would you move to?
What other countries do you consider "top destinations" for getting away from the potentially larger toilet we could be in within the next 8 years if some major things are not turned around here?

Just find a tiny town up in the mountains and sit it out, politics is only for the townies and their high-falutin' ways, find somewhere out of the way and live simpler.
