Please post links to any US-based CD dupe/printing services you've used or would recommend. This is for a small run (500), preferably non-wasteful packaging (digipak, 5" cardboard sleeve or similar), and good quality printing! Thanks guys.

discmakers.com is a pretty universal company. You can contact them and get samples to see if it's the quality you like. The paper is a little cheapy.
Make your own ;)

Cool, I'll check 'em out, thanks. Making your own gets very very tiresome, and not very cost-effective, after about 10 copied. I usually go with ProAction Media- I highly recommend them- but they don't offer any sort of eco-friendly packaging. These days jewel cases= instant fail.

Cost effective, short as you need to run and a Web-based upload tool.
