I've been given the chance to keep working for my current employer until I find a job or they replace me. Thing is I'll be moving out of state (PA>IN).
Has anyone ever done this and/or have any idea about the legalities of this? I want to get some information before I meet with them to discuss it.
In particular looking for info on tax issues, whether I should get it all in writing, whether I can write my phone/other bills off as tax, etc.

My husband did this for a while when we moved from NYC to PA, he just had to pay the ny state and local taxes as if he was still living there
a good accountant should have no trouble sorting this out
