  I think this sounds really good, but at the same time it sounds like a lot of other things. I feel like an entire album would give me a better interpretation of how you guys sound, cause right now it's a little bit undistinguishable.

  It sounds A LOT like Joy Division/ New Order, esp the early 80s New Order, right down to the guitar sound. Which is not a bad thing for me at all because I love those bands, and hearing it with a female singer is really cool. But if you get "big" I could imagine people leveling that complaint at you. I think the songwriting is really good, it's catchy without being too obvious. The lyrics are hard to understand, but I kind of like it that way.

  • Uniqueness is very important for success... but as long as the songwriting evolves in its own direction, things should be alright– ismith1/2
