I'm probably 90% there with layout, and 30% there with content, but it would be nice if you guys could rip into it some, while i'm not stubborn to changing things.
Feel free to pick apart the code to, i'm not the cleanest, but I do try.
original was here, btw: http://www.nedwright.com/
thx!

Looks great, maybe you should show some more work? I like the interaction design.

Looks really nice, dearhead.

Just one thought, maybe you should bold the links or have them be a different color to stand out a bit. Once you see the work it's impressive but all the text tends to blend together.

Love the work but not enough to show. Be cool to see the typefaces in use somewhere. I don't being able to see one portion of your work when I am viewing all. The side scrolling annoys me a bit, but overall the work speaks for itself.
Your old site is actually easier to navigate for me because I can select whichever one I wanted to view. It also feels like you have more work for some reason. Hope this input helps, good luck!

I hate scrolling in every direction, got a little sea sick, like your work though...

definetly have more work to put up, just wanted to get some thoughts before I go all the way down this road in terms of layout ;)

like it coz look clean. you can try to make the different between navigation and body text.On first look everything is like none clickable body text.

like utopian2 said.. scrolling in both directions is anoying.
I don´t like the X and the grey box at the bottom.
otherwise very nice

Hey chief, Love your work, some very cool pieces in there. And the photography displaying the work is lovely.
Overall I think the original site is a bit more successful as you can navigate easier than the new one.
I think if you're going to scroll try it in one way only, ie if you want the side scroll try having the nav separate so you can get through the work without having to scroll down OR if you scroll down the page try replacing the images on click or scroll the images on click so you don't have to scroll both ways.
A button on the images may so the project moves on click could be good, as it would mean you didn't have to move your mouse down the bottom of the page all the time to scroll.
Just my opinion though. Also whats the font you used in the sketch version of the original site on nordvall literature? Its really really nice.

Like the site. I'll add to the other comments that on small monitors, the whitespace on top just means that much more scrolling for the viewer.

Either scroll down or right, not both.

thanks for the feedback, reworking.. :)

Beautiful work, I love the simple interaction and the way the images fade-in. Only problem is the slight horizontal scroll that occurs because of the Union Made type, other than that outstanding!
- coldy0
union made is nice dude!

Your work should be organized better and I wouldn't have a show all option
- dearhead0
re: doesnotexist
could you elaborate on organized better? just order, etc? i have more work to add for sure.. do you feel like typefaces should be in their own section (there will be 3, and soon 4)

How come every time I click on something, whatever it is opens way the fuck out of the screen? Then I have to scroll around to see it? And sometimes I can't even see the whole thing at once because you sized the jpegs too big?
I'm most definitely not into that.
