  I'm looking for sites/blogs that cover topics on the latest web innovations geared towards ad-agencies. I'm really interested in agencies that have leveraged web technology to deliver a campaign.

  QBN is a fantastic resource for 'design' but not so much for crazy new web things, like viral campaigns, microsites, web mashups...

  Anyone recommend anything?

  look outside of your field and normal influences and you will find new ideas. stay away from design magazines, design related sites, and other ad agencies work because you will only find something to copy.

  yeah good question. I would love to have a handful of links I could whip out right now for you, but truth is, I keep coming back here.
  This site is good for some silliness and the occasional good link (which usually gets ripped down as some time line effort), but isn't what you are looking for.
  I find the best interactive design inspiration to be 1* or 2* (both blocked here as direct links "due to the nature of their content" but check the comments).
  As far as inspirational campaigns go? well your guess is as good as mine. But please post them up if you find them.
