I read an article on baseline grid in CSS today, quite interesting:

How to calculate leading for headings, subheadings, etc?- Aug 18, 08, 6:01 p.m. – Permalink

depends a lot on the page size. i have never tried it on the web, but i usually set my indesign baseline grid to 3pt increments. that way you can use type and leading, and space after sizes at multiples of 3pts sizes. also, check the align to grid in the indents and spacing section in your style sheets. it's pretty easy once you start using it, just takes a little math now and again.

if you're in for a long read there are some really nice entries in the blog of Jon Tan: http://jontangerine.com/log/tag/…
