other silly solution...
find a good matte monitor, large enough capture the whole site. If the site is long, get a monitor that can support vertical placement so show the whole site.
get a high res camera, take a pictures.
i have done this and works ok. make sure you get a monitor that refreshes really fast so when you take a pic it wont capture the refresh..
and call it your "design solution, to view web its native setting that show case how the viewers would see it"
