yes, they do exist, but i think you'll find it illegal to advertise for one.
jobs advertised have to be open to everyone.
workplaces would be SUCH different places if job ads could be stuff like:
WANTED: Female Programmer
Blonde and Big Breasted Female Programmer wanted for web design company. Must be willing to put up with 'guy' jokes, must be willing to come out on the piss every week and shouldnt be afraid of taking her top off at random times through the week.

There was some hot females in my computer science classes, when I used to be into game programming. But I noticed that they ended up doing something less "repetitive" or "boring" than programming for the lack of a better word. Some went into IT, some went into MIS.

i know one uber-pretty-programming lady in Chicago... and she asked me out while I was 'living' there (I think I even made a thread about it)... but she writes ASP & PHP and of course knows mySQL and anything related to microsoft as far as the web goes...
... i got sick that weekend, btw... and that's why I never bumped the thread to elaborate on my failure of a date - we never went out... :(
