  Make it happen, Jobs. I know the workstation is passé but im tired of opening multiple windows for file browsing.

  Forklift doesn't replace the finder. I use it mostly as an FTP client but I know its way more powerful than just that.

  Its a program you launch with a dual pane window system that you can use to navigate around your file system, network, or whatever.

  Im not a fan of Finder replacements. Too complicated and they get in the way. Sorry for the negativity, just my opinion.

  Pathfinder has a LOT of features. I don't use it all the time, but its really useful for occasional stuff like batch setting file creator codes n stuff..
