  Any way to turn a psb into an eps or pdf? No export options or save as for a file this big...

  OR

  Is there any way to make a large file (8' x 20') in Illy? I kept getting denied.

  No way to make an Illy file that big. Just build it to scale—shouldn't matter since it's vector. If you have placed graphics, scale those as well but just make sure they're 300 dpi when scaled up for final output. (or 150, or whatever the vendor needs)
