  report is dude, 18 year old thugs aren't gangsters, their dumb kids.
  when I was 16-18 I was mugged quite a few times, I didn't report them, every time I simply went home packed my piece and went looking for them, lucky for me I never found them. I was a stupid kid who would have given up a good portion of his life for a bit of damaged pride.
