  Maybe your company needs to redesign their site, you know, to make it look cool and fun. I have no idea where you work at, but it's a possibility.

  yeah, if the people you are interviewing are not good enough for your standards, then your salary standards are most likely not good enough for the people you actually consider good!

  there has to be tons of people there that are good no?
  LA, SF, NY...
  good action scripters with a good sense of design... now that is hard to find.. if they really are good on both ends.. whatever they are making is not good enough haha
