  what is the best converter to flv out there that is available for a mac? no matter what i do in flash exporting to flv always losses sound sync. many thx in advance.

  I think Sorenson Squeeze it's the best choice outhere. You can use vimeo.com instead, upload your mov to ur vimeo account, wait a bit... then download the flv with this firefox extension.

  i use the video encoder (standalone app) that comes with flash...never had a problem with it... i just make sure that the original .mov file has no kompression...

  which is better On2 VP6 or sorenson spark? i'm just having trouble getting the sound to sync.....basically do not want to compress the mov at all.....any tips greatly appreciated.

  for flash 8 i use On2 VP6 as video codec, MP3 128kbps as audio codec.

  better quality in video would be to use flash 9, so you could use h.264 for video, aac for audio.
