Dear Hollywood,
Stop it. How about coming up with an original idea?
Thank you,

FYI, there are two Spocks or more. One played by Leonard Nimoy, and the regular one played by Zachary Quinto.
(I don't know anything about this....just searched at IMDb).

Is there going to be some narrative or flash back nature to this movie? Because Leonard Nimoy is also on the bill as "Spock".
Some of the casting... Simon Pegg as Scotty? Could be good, but was Scotty that much older than everyone else? Karl Urban as Bones? Not sure about that at all.

The whole concept of this movie seems faulty. So we have to believe that the senior crew of the Enterprise all went to the academy at the same time and even worked together?
So does Kirk's grad speech go like:
"It been a pleasure learning and working with all of you over the past several years. I sincerely hope that in 10 or 15 years we all get assigned to the same ship, and we retain the roles and structure that we have established here."
