I dont know why Pentagram gets any attention other than negative. Michael Beirut is obviously terrible at his job. I think that ive seen more bad stuff come out of Pentagram than good.. and it keeps surprising me how much worse it gets.

As designers we should be able to look at this as an entire brand. Like morilla said; it all comes together with the execution and the attention to detail when implamenting it in it's given environment.I think a brand like this need to be a lot simpler, as the fast food brand landscape today is so congested, consumers need to be given something more recognisable to associate with.

I think its rather clever. its very deliberate and it gives some cred to the this burger place, as if it were a transplant from mid-century, mid-west car hop kinda thing. plus...the logo is great! come on, its a freaking burger place, its supposed to be fun, silly.
