i vse just spent today on doing panoramas.

its possible to see where its stitched.
any advice?

you can see where its stitched. Cant give any advice, other than it looks like a simple fix - u just ahve to match the colors on the edges - I'm sure photoshops got som magic tool thatll blend those transitions.

Exposure lock is your friend

Also, looks like you have a vignette on each shot, giving you dark banding where they join... what are you shooting on? A lomo??? Or, are you adding a vignette on to each shot in PShop, then trying to join them? They look nice, but the banding is pretty obvious I'm afraid.

I can spot your seems. Photoshops stitching software isn't that great.
