I put my back out when I was in my early twenties. Ever since then every couple of years I lock solid. I can't walk , I can't stand, I can't sit I can only lie down with a bag of frozen peas and wait for it to loosen up. So now I see a chiropractor every 3 months like clockwork and have done for about 5 years. I've only had one lockup in that time and rarely feel 'an episode' coming on. Back pain is the worst man, I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
