  Looks good, prefer the first one, shows off the company name more.

  don't understand the choice of type... i get the cut off t-shirt, but i don't think it's very strong...

  I would suggest working on a word mark using the cut off and a more contemporary font.

  just do what skt suggested it's better than anything else you've done.

  Maybe think about how the design would work on a clothing label since that's your main application.
  It could be that the label is wonky and the type fits in that space.

  I read that the LU biscuit logo was designed to fit onto the width of = the packaging, hence it's massive ascender height
