i'd rethink the 'TM' placement
not convinced about the 'p'
more space between the cake tray and the 't'
otherwise i like it.

also, the placement of the baking tray doesn't feel right at all. i don't really like the font. and i think it is an fairly awful name to begin with.

pretty nice, what font is that? i would consider looking over that P, too close to a D and i think that in the colour version the cake thingy looks better than in the 1 color jobs...

Do you need "web baked goodness"? Sounds really awkward, grammatically-speaking.
I think the "p" will grow on me. Short like a muffin. And the tops of the "t" and "f"s remind me of the aroma wafting.

the p needs its descender as at the moment it looks a little awkward like a backwards 'a'. i do kind of like it though but it isnt easy to read if you werent into type/logos.
i like the font used for 'topmuffin' - it looks really retro and well suited to a cookie/muffin or these retrolooking homebaking kits you get.
reflection isnt nice.
and i agree that the tray is too close to the T
what about doing something with the shape of the top of a muffin - the bit that spills over the papercup. maybe you could add this shape as a crown?
jaline is spot on with the swoosh's on the F's being like the waft of homebaking

Hint of the day:
putting dégradés in your logos will fuck up all your printwork,
there are only a few who printers who manage the print
it the way its on the screen. for corporate livery its even worse
when you have to mix 2 pantone colours to achieve it.
