  My back is starting to ache after sitting in this office chair for so long, have crazy tense neck and shoulders muscles that hurt when I turn my head to the left, and now when I go to bed at night, my eyes start to twitch uncontrollably ...

  I was the picture of perfect health prior to working 9 to 5 .....

  Who else has problems ?

  Still have it from time to time, but it's very mild compared to how it felt before. I had to hold ice packs on my body nearly every day for months. It was horrible.

  I was exactly the same until I quit my 9-5 and went freelance...

  Aside from daily workouts I can at least get up whenever I like and stretch out etc....

  i wake up sometimes and it feels like one of my eyes is being poked by a needle....and whatever eye is hurting (always only one), the nostril on the same side of the eye is runny.
