Lose the dark block background. the blue blocks and the white jagged thingy.
Use one font in 3 weights and 4 sizes and one color.
Put all the text upside down in the top right hand corner to illustrate night-becomes day/ inverted type theme.

One of the first things they teach you in design school is to pay attention to how your eye travels around the image. Right now, the combination of the street light protruding from the jagged thing is really distracting, and detracts from the info at the bottom IMO.
