Oh shit, I just bought 2 regular GA tickets, I didn't know there was a chance I might not get into the show without the VIP nonsense. I would travel to the other side of the planet to see this band play again.

the sound is shiite, but you wouldn't believe the enthusiasm. It was like 4000 people about to simultaneously loose their freaking minds. Just a swirling mass of humans, arms and legs everywhere. it was one of those if you cant beat em, join em moments for sure. Bloody life changing.

SO GHEY. I had tickets (both to the show and flight) all in hand and ready to rock out.
There are still some amazing bands playing here however, I cant justify going to Portland to see them when I can see any these bands another time here in LA. but it's not like MCD where they've play once e
