  Wow - was just talking to some of our product developers yesterday about google notebook and said the same thing. I love the ease of use of their tools, but yeah, they might know more about us than the government now.

  I imagine it's be a lot easier to handle testicular elephantitus were the details in big friendly Google letters rather than obscure doctor handwriting on unfriendly medical forms.

  hmmm... let me see, so I post up all my historical and personal health information on to google health for what purpose? so google can push ads on me? so the feds can monitor public health? what does google have to do with my health and if I'm gonna give them info, they better give me something back. sound like just another Web 2.0, "sign up cause it's free scam"
