Hi all.. I'm looking for some inspiration. Does anybody know of any work that uses 8bit influences/aspects?

Back then the cover illustrations for games were always really detailed and cool looking...then you would pop the game in and be pissed off cause the detailed cover translated into some pixelated POS of a game.

- Yeah, classic. But the cover art certainly isn't representative :)designbot

I was always offended by that, like a 10 year old kid was too dumb to know the difference!
Frickin GI Joe commercials were terrible too, no one had such awesome terrain in their backyard.
